| [目的] 探讨《针灸资生经》治疗鼻部疾病的规律特点。[方法] 通过梳理《针灸资生经》鼻部疾病的相关条文，系统整理归纳治疗鼻部疾病的腧穴数量、归经、特定穴属性及分布规律，并剖析鼻部疾病的病因病机、治法特点及作者经验。[结果] 《针灸资生经》中治疗鼻部疾病共涉及66个腧穴，穴位总频次为153次。腧穴使用频率前3名分别是风门、口禾髎、龈交，应用最多的前3条经脉依次为足太阳膀胱经、督脉和手阳明大肠经，特定穴以交会穴和五腧穴占比最多，且集中分布在头部和四肢部。鼻部疾病基本病机归结为正气亏虚、邪恋标实，强调治疗应以通为用，即通阳气以养心神、畅气机以通鼻窍、温经穴以调气血3个方面，并善用验方和医案增加真实性。[结论] 《针灸资生经》反映了王执中治疗鼻部疾病的诊疗特色，体现出以通为用的学术思想。总结该书治疗鼻部疾病的规律特点，可为临床治疗鼻部疾病提供新的思路和方法。 |

| [Objective] To explore the regularity and characteristics of Zisheng Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the treatment of nasal diseases. [Methods] By combing the relevant provisions of Zisheng Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on nasal diseases to systematically study， collate and summarize the number of acupoints， channel tropism， specific acupoint attributes and distribution rules， and analyze nasal diseases etiology and pathogenesis， treatment characteristics and the author’s experience. [Results] A total of 66 acupoints were involved in the treatment of nasal diseases， and the total frequency of acupoints was 153 times. The top 3 use frequency of acupoints are Fengmen(BL12)， Kouheliao(LI19) and Yinjiao(GV27)， and the top 3 most used meridians are Foot-Taiyang bladder meridian， Du channel and Hand-Yangming large intestine meridian. The proportion of specific acupoints is the intersection point and the five Shu acupoints， which are mainly distributed in the head and limbs. The basic pathogenesis of nasal disease is attributed to deficiency of essential Qi and the pathogenic factors adhere to the exterior with severe symptoms. The treatment should emphasize on eliminating the stagnation， that is， to activate Yang Qi and nourish the mind， regulate Qi activity and clear the nasal orifice， warm the meridian points to regulate Qi and blood， making good use of prescription and medical records to increase authenticity. [Conclusion] Zisheng Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion not only reflects WANG Zhizhong’s distinctive diagnosis and treatment characteristics for nasal diseases， but also summarizes WANG’s academic thoughts on using the principle of eliminating the stagnation. To explore the regularity and characteristics of Zisheng Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion can provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of nasal diseases. |
